SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping within Hong Kong and to selected international destinations only. Shipping timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For regular orders, preparation and dispatch generally take approximately 7–14 business days. For pre-order items, please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for preparation and dispatch.

Once dispatched, international delivery generally takes a further 7–14 business days, although delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, flight schedules, courier disruptions, or other events outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, inaccurate shipping details provided by you, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title in the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:
– Items marked as final sale
– Any item purchased on a pre-order basis
– Earrings, for hygiene reasons

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we kindly ask that you return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

SECTION 8 – WARRANTY
We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Pieces from our Glint Collection are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or repairs carried out by third parties. It also does not apply to purchases made through unauthorized resellers or auction websites.
