We currently ship within Hong Kong and to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise on available options.
2. Where are your orders shipped from?
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Hong Kong.
3. How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Most in-stock orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 7-14 business days. Selected premium jewellery pieces are available on a pre-order basis and may require 4 -8 weeks before dispatch. The estimated processing time will be indicated on the relevant product page where applicable.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment options displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary depending on your location and device.
5. Do you have a physical store?

7. Where is your jewelry made?
Our design team is based in London, and our jewelry is made in Thailand and China, with selected materials sourced from trusted suppliers internationally.
8. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Pieces from our Glint Collection are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or repairs carried out by third parties. It also does not apply to purchases made through unauthorized resellers or auction websites.

9. Do you offer customization?
We do not currently offer customization services.
