Hong Kong Shipping
- Free local shipping on orders over HK$699
- A flat shipping fee of HK$30 applies to Hong Kong orders below HK$699
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations only. Available shipping rates and complimentary shipping thresholds are outlined below:
- Singapore: HK$100 flat shipping / Free shipping over HK$2,500
- Australia: HK$250 flat shipping / Free shipping over HK$3,500
- United Kingdom: HK$300 flat shipping / Free shipping over HK$4,000
Processing & Delivery Time
For regular orders, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for order preparation and dispatch. For pre-order items, please allow approximately 4–8 weeks. For international orders, the same processing timeframe applies. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, although delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, flight schedules, or courier disruptions.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Notes
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Returns
What is your return policy?
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Pre-order items
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons (if applicable) Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items that do not meet our return requirements may be sent back to you at your expense.
What is the return process?
To request a return, please contact us via the contact form on our website within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. All returns must be sent back to our returns address in Hong Kong at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during return transit. Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any import fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will be happy to assist.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we kindly ask that you return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for your preferred piece.
